Participant Payment Options
Thank you for choosing Solutions Recovery! We appreciate your commitment to your recovery journey. To make the payment process as convenient as possible, we offer three payment options: Venmo, Cashiers Check/Money Order, and Stripe.
1. Venmo
Pay easily and securely using Venmo, the popular peer-to-peer payment app. With Venmo, you can make your payment directly from your linked bank account without any additional processing fees. Simply follow these steps:
- Open your Venmo app or visit venmo.com.
- Select “Pay or Request” and enter the payment amount.
- Enter our Venmo username [@Solutions-Recovery] and submit your payment.
Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed through Venmo and up to 1 week to reflect on your fee statement.
2. Stripe
We also offer payment through Stripe, a trusted payment processing platform. Stripe provides two convenient methods of payment: card payment and Express Pay. Here’s how to proceed with each option:
– Card Payment:
- Visit our secure payment page (links below).
- Select the “Card Payment” option.
- Enter your payment details, including your card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
- After reviewing the payment details, click “Submit.”
Please note that processing fees will be applied to card payments.
– Express Pay:
- Visit our secure payment page (link below).
- Select your “Express Pay” option (ie: Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Confirm the payment amount and authorize the transaction.
It’s important to note that payments made through Stripe using the Express Pay method may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
3. Cashiers Check/Money Order:
We also offer the option to send a cashiers check or money order to our main office at 621 Evans Street Oshkosh, WI 54901 or hand it directly to your program coordinator during house meetings. Please make sure to include your name printed on the payment method for proper processing.
